Each gift box is curated from the beginning. From the colour palette and packaging to the objects selected inside, no two boxes are ever the same.

Our Process

1. Initial Enquiry

After contacting us, you will receive a short questionnaire which helps us understand the recipient, occasion, preferences and budget.

2. Gift Proposal

Within 1–3 business days we will send a curated gift proposal which includes:

• proposed gift items
• packaging concept
• colour palette and styling direction
• total pricing including delivery

3. Approval

Once the proposal is approved and payment is received, we begin sourcing and assembling the gift.

4. Assembly & Delivery

Gift boxes are carefully styled, packaged and couriered to the recipient.

Please allow approximately 10–14 working days from confirmation to delivery.

Delivery is included in the final approved price.
